When running the program on a Windows computer, the following error message appears:
- “General Protection Fault in Module ******.EXE at ****”
This issue is probably caused by a conflict or lack of system resources.
- Uninstall the program
- Reboot your computer.
- Disable any anti-virus and firewall programs that you have running.
- Delete your temporary files.
- Reinstall the program. Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements, and that all other programs have been closed before running the installer.
