How do I set up Spelling Force to work over a network?

The procedure for setting up Spelling Force to work over a network involves using shared locations, and is therefore different depending on the operating system you are using.

Firstly, follow these instructions to configure a shared network location. Then for each client computer:

  1. Run Spelling Force.
  2. Login to the administration section.
  3. Click “Set File path for saving records”.
  4. Select the shared directory.
  5. Exit Spelling Force.

The next time you run Spelling Force, student data should be automatically saved to the shared location on your network.
