Not accepting correct answers and/or graphics errors.

On a Windows computer, the program does not accept the correct answers and/or graphical errors when the screen is redrawn.


The reason correct answers are not accepted is that the graphical errors are causing the part of the necessary information to be obscured.


The most common solution to this issue is to update your graphics drivers. See the appropriate documentation for your operating system and/or graphics provider.

Change hardware acceleration settings may also resolve the issue. One way of changing the hardware acceleration settings is as follows:

  1. Open the Control Panel and double-click Display.
  2. Under the Settings tab, click “Advanced”.
  3. Search for, and enable, full hardware acceleration if available. Note that because there are a variety of graphics providers, hardware acceleration settings may be located in different places.
