Printing with V2 Products

On some Microsoft Windows computers, trying to print by choosing “Print” from the print dialogue does nothing except close the print dialogue.

This error occurs if you have Adobe Reader 9 or Adobe Acrobat 9 installed, or if you don’t have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat installed at all.

The print functionality will only work correctly if you have Reader/Acrobat 7 or 8 installed.

A patch will soon be available to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, if you have a different PDF reading application installed, you can instead choose “Save to PDF” from the print dialogue before opening and printing the PDF file using your PDF application.
