An issue has been identified that effects Apple systems running Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7. The problem only occurs under user accounts with the FileVault enabled.
After creating a new user within the program the user does not show up in the Login Screen.
Unfortunately this is an incompatibility with the FileVault that we cannot currently fix. However, a work around would be to create another user account that does not have the FileVault enabled. Alternatively return the software to the place of purchase and obtain a refund.
